About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee the allocation of all incoming leads from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and other channels to the appropriate sales and pre-sales teams across office and on-site locations, ensuring quick engagement.
2. Manage the entire lead lifecycle, from initial contact to site visits and follow-ups ensuring timely actions and zero lead leakage.
3. Assess team performance by identifying gaps such as missed follow-ups, delayed responses, or inefficiencies in client handling, and implement corrective actions.
4. Maintain accurate, centralized lead data while analyzing key metrics to generate insights that enhance conversion rates and overall pipeline efficiency.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, pre-sales, and field teams to ensure smooth coordination and consistent lead flow.
6. Monitor real-time lead activities and proactively address issues like unattended walk-ins or delayed follow-ups to improve client experience and outcomes.
