Job Title: Data Analyst – Quality (Power BI developer)

Location: Gurugram

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to support our Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power BI development, SQL, and Excel, with additional exposure to Microsoft Fabric and SAP HANA BW being a plus. A Microsoft Power BI certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI with a strong focus on data modeling and visualization best practices.

• Work with Procurement data to build insights that drive business decisions.

• Optimize Power BI performance by creating efficient data models and DAX calculations.

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel, and SAP HANA BW.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable reports.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance in all reports and dashboards.

• Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and Microsoft Fabric technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Power BI development experience with a solid grasp of data modeling and DAX functions.

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets.

• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Pivot Tables.

• Microsoft-certified Power BI professionals will be preferred.

• Prior exposure to EHS & Quality Dashboards for Manufacturing Set up would be preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and SAP HANA BW-based data modeling is a plus.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BI development and analytics.

• Educational Requirements – Bachelors in Tech.
