What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?

As the Global Data Compliance Analyst, you’ll join a global team that ensures secure, compliant, and efficient data access at Ericsson. You’ll play a critical role in enforcing data governance policies while facilitating seamless access to critical data across the company. You’ll have a strategic impact as you work with legal, security, and IT teams to reduce compliance risks and improve data accessibility.

In your first rotation, you’ll focus on data access risk management, policy-based access controls (PBAC), and driving data democratisation initiatives. By the end of the first six months, you’ll have a firm grasp of Ericsson’s data governance framework, contributing to process improvements and setting the groundwork for compliance and security efforts.

You won’t just be enforcing policies—you’ll be driving change and innovation in the data security landscape, directly impacting how data is accessed and used across the organisation.

Your GO Beyond Journey

Throughout your 12-month program, you’ll follow a clear development path:

• First 6 months: Develop an understanding of Ericsson’s data governance framework and contribute to improving access control processes
• Next 6 months: Rotate to another business unit to broaden your understanding and apply your knowledge to different data security challenges
• Permanent Role: Return to the Data Office Access team to help design and execute policy-based data governance frameworks and take ownership of ongoing security initiatives
  
  

We’re looking for talented professionals with 1-3 years of experience who show:

• Experience with data governance, security, or compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with PBAC, RBAC, ABAC, or similar access models
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business, IT, and security teams
• A passion for technology, data security, and compliance
