Data Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The ideal candidate should be able to transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources.

• Create meaningful dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

• Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide data-driven solutions.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.

• Assist in the design and implementation of data models and pipelines.

• Monitor data quality and integrity; propose improvements when necessary.

• Present findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.

• Proficient in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Strong knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and charts).

• Experience with statistical tools and techniques (Python, R, etc. is a plus).

• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of data governance and data privacy principles.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
