Candidate should be proficient in reporting, data analysis, quality check

and data validation/ investigation

" Proficient in MS Excel and Working knowledge in Microsoft Access,

PowerPoint, SQL and VBA would be an added advantage

" Attention to detail and zero-defect delivery/ report

" Ability to create validation reports and perform quality checks for

deliveries/ reports of various pharmaceutical clients

" Should have good verbal and written communication, and presentation

Skills

" Good team player, should be a quick learner and self-motivated

" Work independently and efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines

" Highly organized and efficient

" Should be well-versed with larger report validations using advanced

techniques

" Should be a flexible to move around technologies and domains

" Knowledge on automation skills would be an added advantage

" Willing to take up additional tasks related to processes

" Ability support with documentation and report maintenance

" Work and coordinate with team members and onshore stakeholders for

delivery of projects with a short turnaround time

" Constant communication and follow-up with various stakeholders to track

deliverables during execution phases

" Good knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of the

pharmaceutical commercial business, their interaction, and the impact of

external/internal influences on decision making, growth, and decline

" 1 year to 3 years on job reporting/BI experience, SQL knowledge, Data

validation/QA and Pharma background would be added advantage
