Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions. This position is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI / Tableau / Excel
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.)
• Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights
• Support ongoing data-related projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and/or Python
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Internship or academic project experience in analytics
• Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, R, or advanced Excel features (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
