Role Purpose
The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting the COO by compiling, analyzing, and comparing data across various functions of Della Townships. Key Responsibilities
- Compile and organize data from multiple business units and project sites.
- Conduct data comparison and analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations for the COO.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret data.
- Maintain and update centralized databases for project and operational tracking.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
- Travel to project locations/offices as required to review and validate data.
Job Expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior management.
- Ability to work independently under strict timelines.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or township projects.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with project management and reporting in the real estate sector.
