Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our Analytics team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with strong analytical aptitude and a foundational understanding of data analysis concepts. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Support business teams by providing data-driven insights and analysis
• Assist in documenting data definitions, business logic, and reporting standards
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and confidentiality policies
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers on ongoing analytics initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis functions)
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have)

• Internship or academic project experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Exposure to databases, data warehousing, and ETL concepts
• Certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related tools
• Knowledge of Agile or SDLC processes
