About The Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst based in Hyderabad, India, to help scale and strengthen our analytics capabilities within the Center for Data and Insights (CDI). In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the global organization, translating data into actionable insights through high-impact ad hoc analyses, executive-ready reporting, and scalable dashboards that inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership & Decision Support: Partner closely with global business teams to provide data-driven insights that inform strategy, drive growth, and enable effective decision-making across the company.
• Deep-Dive Analysis and Insight Generation: Conduct proactive, in-depth data analysis to uncover key trends and impactful insights, leveraging a foundational understanding of descriptive statistics and analytical concepts.
• Data Storytelling and Visualization: Design and distribute compelling dashboards (primarily in Tableau) and visualizations to clearly communicate findings and translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Data Management and Quality Assurance: Use SQL and SQL-like tools for hands-on querying and manipulation of data sources, ensuring high data quality, accessibility, and reliability for all analysis.
• Project Execution and Process Improvement: Manage and execute analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and impactful delivery, while actively contributing to efficient, collaborative processes.
  
  

In the role of Data Analyst, you will work as an individual contributor and report to the Director, Data Analytics. This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

About You

You bring 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related quantitative field.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau
• Foundational understanding of descriptive statistics and basic analytical concepts
• Experience working with data, including querying and manipulation
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, providing a strong foundational knowledge and expertise
