Job Overview :

The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining data-driven systems, creating insightful reports, and supporting business operations through data analysis. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, generate, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely submission of reports to management.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to collect, validate, and consolidate data.
• Identify business trends, gaps, and areas for improvement using data analytics.
• Maintain database systems and ERP platforms for efficient data management.
• Assist in process automation and optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical support for MIS-related queries and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Any Bachelor's degree (B Com/M Com/MBA)
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Dashboards).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in MIS reporting, business analysis, or data management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹216,000.00 per year
