Academics Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics

Roles &* Responsibilities*

Work closely with users to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights to relevant decisionmakers.

Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.

Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.

Responsible for organizing data related to sales numbers, market research, product adoption, or other behaviors.

Collaborating with other DHs, to determine areas of improvement in relation to da. Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets for the diagnosis and prediction.

Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.

Defining new data collection and analysis processes Analyze, design, and present data in a way that assists the organization to make better business decisions.

Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. Creating Dashboards and Reports, Metrics analysis, and any ad-hoc data analysis.

Receive feedback from the operations floor and ensure the use of metrics in daily operations.

Skills 3 or more years of experience as a data analyst

Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.

Good knowledge of MS Excel w.r.t MIS Reporting, Pivot tables, H lookup, V lookup, Formulas, data entry, maintaining excel sheets.

Knowledge of Google sheets and Google tools would be an added advantage.

Good Communication and Presentation Skills An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving Attention to detail as data analysis and reporting must be precise.
