About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our marketing and business intelligence efforts. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data from various channels to deliver actionable insights and improve marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze digital marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track ongoing campaigns
- Assist in A/B testing and optimization strategies
- Interpret web analytics, ad metrics, social engagement, and conversion data
- Provide recommendations to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Work with the marketing, sales, and product teams to support data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio, or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and e-commerce data is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
