Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize brand analytics and managed market strategies.
- Utilize LS Salesforce to enhance customer relationship management and drive sales performance.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Implement incentive compensation management solutions to ensure fair and effective reward systems.
- Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to improve forecasting accuracy and ROI calculations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Dataiku Alteryx and R Statistical Package.
- Perform KPI assessment and rationalization to align metrics with business objectives.
- Support pharma research and development projects with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Utilize Python and SQL scripting to automate data processing and analysis tasks.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using MS PowerPoint and other visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
- Possess a strong background in data analysis with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in LS Salesforce Managed Market and Brand Analytics.
- Have expertise in statistics KPI assessment and exploratory data analysis.
- Experience with incentive compensation management and pharma research is essential.
- Proficient in using Dataiku Alteryx and R Statistical Package for data processing.
- Skilled in Python SQL scripting MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
