Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in managing and analyzing large volumes of data. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to support real estate data operations for the US market. This is an on-site role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and usability of data for reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and analyze large-scale real estate datasets for the US market.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

• Identify trends, patterns, and data discrepancies to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret data and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data processing and reporting.

• Create process documentation and data quality audits where needed.

• Work closely with management on continuous process improvement and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).

• Experience managing large datasets with high accuracy.

• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Real Estate, Business Analytics).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the US Real Estate domain.

• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools.
