Job Description

Role: Data Analyst part of AIML Team

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Pune/Kolkata

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant data sources and combine multiple data streams to derive business insights.
• Automate data collection, cleaning, and reporting processes.
• Pre-process structured and unstructured datasets to make them analysis-ready.
• Work with large datasets to support business decision-making through insightful analytics.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to support key strategic initiatives.
• Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to identify trends and optimize product performance.
• Assist in building scalable data pipelines and data models for regular reporting needs.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a data analytics/data analysis role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and transformation.
• Solid understanding of Python for data analysis and automation (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Visualization tool knowledge is preferred – Tableau, PowerBI, Micro Strategy, Looker
• Good to have: Experience with Mixpanel or other product analytics tools.
