Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Honda 2-Wheeler team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting large datasets to support business decisions related to sales, service, inventory, customer behavior, and market trends. Prior experience in the automobile or 2-wheeler sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Management:
• Gather and clean data from internal systems such as sales, CRM, service, and inventory platforms.
• Maintain accurate databases and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze key business metrics including sales performance, conversion rates, service trends, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management with actionable insights.
• Forecasting & Trend Analysis:
• Identify market trends and consumer behaviour patterns to assist in strategic planning.
• Support demand forecasting and campaign effectiveness analysis.
• Support Operations:
• Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to provide analytical support.
• Optimise inventory and distribution planning using data insights.
• Automation & Tools:
• Automate recurring reports using tools such as Excel macros, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Recommend and implement tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a Data Analyst role (experience in the automotive or 2-wheeler industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience working with DMS (Dealer Management Systems) or ERP platforms used in automobile dealerships.
• Knowledge of Honda systems and reporting formats is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
