As part of our operational expansion and optimization, we’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented MIS Executive (Google Sheets Automation Specialist) to strengthen our Operations team at our Civil Lines, Jaipur office.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a passion for operational systems, data automation, and workflow management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and managing Google Sheets-based FMS/PMS/IMS systems and must be proficient in Google Looker Studio for data visualization and reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for building, automating, and managing business-critical processes, including inventory, sales tracking, and operational reporting, while integrating them with internal and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage Google Sheets-based MIS systems, including FMS (Flow Management System), PMS (Process Management System), and IMS (Inventory Management System).

Build dynamic, interactive forms, templates, and dashboards using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and HTML within the Google Workspace environment.

Automate workflows by integrating Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs, Calendar, and external applications via APIs and webhooks.

Develop operational dashboards and MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy, real-time updates, and actionable insights for management.

Create seamless reporting and monitoring tools using Google Looker Studio, providing visually rich and interactive business dashboards.

Implement real-time alerts, custom reports, and scheduled notifications to enhance operational control and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Inventory, HR) to gather reporting needs and deliver tailored automation solutions.

Ensure data integrity, identify discrepancies, and proactively resolve data-related issues.

Document systems, processes, and workflow automations for internal audits and operational knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in developing Google Sheets-based FMS/PMS/IMS systems.

Proven expertise in Google Apps Script, workflow automation, and operational data processing.

Solid working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML for custom tool and interface development within Google Workspace.

Strong command over Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, queries, data validation).

Proficiency in Google Looker Studio (or similar data visualization platforms) for building MIS dashboards and reports.

Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integration techniques.

Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and excellent project management skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in CRM, Inventory, or Sales MIS tool development.

Basic knowledge of SQL, JSON, REST APIs, and third-party data integrations.

Experience in Google Data Studio (now Looker Studio) for data visualization and reporting.
