Key Responsibilities
2-4 years of experience in a data analyst role with experience in analyzing customer data, sales data, and product data.

- Analyze large volumes of analytical data (sales, customer, product) to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Collaborate with business teams to understand key business objectives and data needs.
- Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and historical purchase data to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure data models and structures are well-designed to facilitate analysis and reporting.
- Act as a bridge between data engineers and business stakeholders , ensuring data is aligned with business needs.
- Proficient in data engineering tools and languages such as Python, SQL, and Java.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar for creating reports and dashboards.
- Ability to work with databases(SQL & NoSQL) and perform complex data queries.
- Familiarity with data wrangling, ETL processes and data cleaning techniques.
- Clear understanding of data warehousing & cloud based analytics .
- Ability to apply data insights to influence marketing strategies, sales tactics, and product offerings.
