Job Description

As a Data Analyst at KILONEWTONS, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, generating reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning is a plus.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
