About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, excellent command over data tools, and a sharp business mindset to support decision-making and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various sources
• Create reports and visualizations to support business teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance metrics
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as required

Requirements:

Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis or similar roles
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Python knowledge is a plus

Education

• B.Tech or B.E.
• Graduation Year: 2021 or later

Work History

• Should not have a career gap exceeding 6 months between roles Location
• Should be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate immediately Mindset
