About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and translate them into meaningful reports and visualizations.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Preparation:
• Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
• Clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain data documentation and data dictionaries.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.
• Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Interpret data and provide insights to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvement.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to discover hidden patterns and potential opportunities.
• Reporting and Visualization:
• Create compelling visualizations using tools like (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) to communicate findings effectively.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Ensure data visualizations are accurate, clear, and easy to understand.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in meetings and presentations to share data insights.
• Data Quality and Maintenance:
• Monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement data quality control procedures.
• Maintain and update data repositories.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), R, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
