About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and BI solutions.
- Optimize and maintain BI systems for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources into BI tools.
- Conduct data analysis, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide insights, trends, and recommendations to support business strategy and operations.
- Stay updated with emerging BI tools, techniques, and best practices.
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Developer.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.
- Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with Python / R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
