Job Title: Data Analyst & BI Developer (Power BI & SQL)
Department: BPCE ES IT
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Regular Shift)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience Required: 5 to 8 years

We are seeking experienced Data Analyst & BI Developers proficient in Power BI and SQL to join our team supporting the BPCE ES IT department. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in business intelligence development, data modelling, and report/dashboard creation using Power BI and SQL.

We are seeking experienced Data Analyst & BI Developers proficient in Power BI and SQL to join our team supporting the BPCE ES IT department. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in business intelligence development, data modelling, and report/dashboard creation using Power BI and SQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (Desktop, Service)
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Develop data models and DAX measures to support dynamic reporting and analytics
- Optimize performance of Power BI reports and SQL queries
- Interpret business requirements to create meaningful visualizations and insights
- Perform unit testing and validation of developed reports
- Monitor and manage data refresh schedules and troubleshoot issues independently
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, data normalization/denormalization, ER diagrams, and relational models
- Experience in data warehouse design and schema models (Star, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of data security principles and role-level access in BI tools
- Understanding of scripting (Shell scripting preferred)
- Familiarity with BI and ETL architecture, algorithms, and transformation techniques
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Experience with SAP BO 4.3 (UDT, IDT, Web Intelligence, CMC)
- Ability to create/manage BO Universes (UNV to UNX conversion, report migration)
- Proficiency in BO report development and testing across multiple universes
- Knowledge of Promotion Management in SAP BO
