Data Analyst/ Data Scientist

About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated and analytical individuals to join our team as Data Analysts / Data Scientists. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, building dashboards, generating business insights, and leveraging AI tools and machine learning techniques to solve real-world business problems.

You will work closely with business, operations, product, and leadership teams to drive data-backed decision-making and build scalable analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools
Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis
Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation
Develop predictive models and basic machine learning solutions
Work on classification, regression, forecasting, and recommendation-related problems
Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy using appropriate metrics
Use Python for data analysis, automation, and ML workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
Create reports, presentations, and business recommendations for stakeholders
Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and workflows

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL
Good knowledge of Python
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding/visualization tools
Understanding of statistics, data analysis, and business KPIs
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and algorithms
Hands-on experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or similar
Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and feature engineering basics
Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 0–3 years
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related field
Internship/project experience in analytics or machine learning is a plus
Prior startup or fast-paced work experience is a bonus
