Data Analyst, Digital Finance

Summary

About the role:

Collaborate closely with Finance associates to drive data-informed decision-making through Operational Excellence initiatives. Responsible for identifying key challenges within Finance operations and developing scalable, efficient solutions by leveraging appropriate data assets and technologies, including ETL pipelines, data visualization tools, and automation platforms

About The Role

Key Requirements:

• Transform raw data into impactful business insights, develop and optimize the data extraction, transformation, and reporting process.
• Proficient in new visualization capabilities beyond static reports and spreadsheets using Power BI.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Ability to write complex SQL(Oracle or Snowflake) queries using complex joins on multiple tables and enhance current queries for better output.
• Expertise in Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and the tools with Alteryx such as Predictive, Parsing and Transforms
• Proficient in using Dataiku for data transformation
• Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thoughts. Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  
  

Essential Requirements

• Bachelors / Masters in Technology / MBA (university degree required)
• 2-4 years relevant experience in Power BI(or any other BI tool)/Alteryx/Dataiku
• Visualization using Power BI/Qlik or any similar tool
• Alteryx/Dataiku
• SQL
• Database

• Strong stakeholder management, customer influence and influencing skills, capable to build relationships and work independently.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to leverage data and analytics for business insights to inform business decisions
