About the Role
As a Data Analyst at Headphone Zone, you’ll turn data into insights — helping us make smarter decisions across e-commerce, marketing, operations, and customer experience.
You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams — building dashboards, analysing trends, and uncovering opportunities to improve how we serve our community.

Your work will help us optimise everything from product selection to customer happiness — so we can help more people rediscover music, with better experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse e-commerce data across sales, product performance, customer behaviour, marketing, and operations
- Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities — and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- Support leadership with data for decision-making
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Happiness teams
- Monitor the health of key e-commerce funnels — from traffic to conversion to retention
- Help design and analyse A/B tests and other experiments
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Data Studio / Looker Studio, Shopify Analytics, SQL (if applicable), Notion, Slack
What We’re Looking For
- Freshers are welcome — we love hiring proactive freshers! Or even better, 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or e-commerce analytics
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights — and communicate them well
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, SQL (nice to have)
- A mindset aligned with our values: doing the right way, not the easy way; always learning and improving; taking ownership and responsibility; understanding that growth lies in discomfort; serving with grace and respect
- Curiosity about how e-commerce and customer experience work
- Based in Mumbai , this is a full-time, in-office role at our HQ in Andheri West
