Role Overview

This internship offers hands-on exposure to data processing, analysis, and model development within a real-world fintech environment. The role involves working with structured and semi-structured data to support insights, reporting, and product-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, transform, and model structured and semi-structured datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support product recommendation components.
• Assist in developing machine learning models for segmentation, prediction, and scoring use cases.
• Create and update dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports to aid business strategy.
• (Optional) Work with external data sources and APIs related to financial data, merchant data, and offers databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure data quality.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and related data processing libraries.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, and clustering.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch (beginner level acceptable).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and interpret insights clearly.
• Passion for solving complex data problems and working in data-driven environments.
