  Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst with experience in Looker Studio, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and ThoughtSpot to join our team. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable dashboards, insights, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and ThoughtSpot.
  Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  Work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.
  Build and maintain BI data models and visualizations to support business KPIs.
  Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure reporting accuracy.
  Translate complex data findings into concise, business-friendly presentations.
  Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs for internal teams and client stakeholders.
  
  Required Skills
  5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
  Strong hands-on experience with Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
  Proficiency with ThoughtSpot and general BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  Excellent SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
  Good understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
  Strong communication and documentation skills.
  Good to Have Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
  Familiarity with Google BigQuery or Snowflake.
  Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
