Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Data Analyst Mentor. The role involves guiding and mentoring students to develop strong data analytics skills. Day-to-day tasks include conducting hands-on training sessions, reviewing assignments, answering student queries during interactive Q&A sessions, and providing personalized support to optimize the learning experience. Additionally, the mentor will assist in enhancing curriculum materials to ensure they align with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
• Solid foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling
• Effective Communication skills to simplify complex concepts
• Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
• Previous experience in mentoring or teaching roles is highly valued
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Passion for teaching and ability to engage and inspire learners
