Primary Responsibilities

- Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Analyzing diverse data domains and delivering comprehensive reporting solutions
- Integrating data from multiple sources and developing user-centric reports using Snowflake SQL and Talend
- Support an iterative report development process and serve as a liaison between the Program Strategists and the Business
- Work collaboratively with different users and stakeholders to ensure their success with right technical solutions
- Support end-users with answering questions, developing training materials and conducting training activities as needed
- Document technical applications, specifications, and enhancements
- Develop reusable patterns and encourage innovation that will increase team velocity
- Anticipate issues and act proactively to address potential issues
- Foster high-performance, collaborative technical work resulting in high-quality output
- Collaborate on the design with other team members and product owners, both inside and outside the core team
- Work with geographically distributed teams, with ample opportunity to learn from and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - Full time graduate
- 2+ years IT experience on BI Projects (preferably on healthcare domain)
- Experience on Clinical /Membership domains
- Expertise on POWER BI and TABLEAU development & Dashboards
- Expertise on Data analytics using Tableau /PowerBI on Large scale data Reports and Dashboards
- Excellent at SQL & PL SQL
- BI Reporting Development especially on Clinical /Claims Reporting
- Good at ETL process & DWH Concepts
- Fair understanding on Snowflake, Azure, Azure AI, Fabric, Machine Learning, and Azure Data Factory.
- Good understanding US healthcare - HIPPA standards
- Proven excellent Communication skills to user intercation
- Good exposure towards Python
- Understanding of NLP/ML
- Agile Process expertise
- Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI) experience or knowledge
