The Data _ BI Lead is a senior offshore role combining hands _ on development with technical leadership, acting as the SPOC for BI _ Data developers and ensuring adherence to FleetPride SDLC, Agile, and ADO processes. The role designs, develops, reviews, deploys, and supports SQL, ETL using SSIS _ ADF, reporting using SSRS _ SSAS _ Power BI, and Azure SQL _ Fabric solutions while driving code reviews, performance tuning, sprint governance, testing, documentation, and release readiness. It oversees deployments, change requests, knowledge transfer, monitoring, production support, RCA, and operational excellence, ensuring predictable delivery, reduced incidents, and strong collaboration with US teams. Requires 10 _ 12 yrs BI _ Data experience, 6+ yrs hands _ on delivery, and 3+ yrs in a lead role with proven US hours coordination.
