We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with strong experience in relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and streaming platforms. The ideal candidate will design and optimize end-to-end data architecture solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance across enterprise systems.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architecture solutions using Oracle, MongoDB, and SQL Server.

Develop and manage logical and physical data models leveraging tools such as Erwin.

Define and implement data flow, data storage, and integration patterns across structured and unstructured data systems.

Build and manage data streaming pipelines using Confluent Kafka (v7.3.4) to support real-time and near real-time processing.

Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and analytics teams to ensure optimal data design and governance.

Define standards for data quality, metadata management, and data security.

Optimize performance and scalability of database systems (queries, indexing, partitioning, sharding, etc.).

Contribute to data modernization initiatives and cloud migration strategies where applicable.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Strong expertise in Oracle Database architecture and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB 4.4.18 (Mongo Compass) — schema design, aggregation framework, replication, and indexing.

Proficiency in SQL Server — design and management of tables, stored procedures, sequences, and indexes.

Deep understanding of Confluent Kafka 7.3.4 — topics, producers/consumers, schema registry, and data streaming patterns.

Proven experience in Data Modeling and Erwin Data Modeler (conceptual, logical, and physical models).

Strong understanding of data integration, ETL pipelines, and data governance principles.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for automation and data workflows.

Experience with data warehouse or data lake architectures.

Understanding of API-based data integration.
