We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** 
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architecture to support data ingestion, processing, and analytics.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Utilize AWS services for data storage, processing, and analytics to ensure efficient performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code in Python and PySpark for data manipulation and transformation.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security throughout the data lifecycle.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** 
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR).
- Expertise in Python and PySpark for data processing and analytics.
- Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

**Preferred Skills:** 
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
