Positions Open: Data Engineer We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Data Engineer to join our growing team. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines, architectures, and data systems to support business analytics and reporting needs.
You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient flow of data across the organization and develop tools to improve data accessibility, quality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Pipeline Development
Data Architecture
Design and develop optimized data models and storage structures for efficient querying and data access.
Manage and optimize databases, data lakes, and data warehouses for performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to understand data needs and provide appropriate data solutions.

Performance Tuning & Optimization:

3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
Experience with data modeling, database design, and building scalable data pipelines.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., S3, Big Query, Redshift).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) for data processing and automation.
Familiarity with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) and distributed data processing.
Experience with data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Step Functions).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Familiarity with redshift and DBT in a data engineering context.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Quicksight).
Basic understanding with machine learning concepts and tools (SageMaker, TensorFlow).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
