Data Engineer

Overview

Our IT solutions client based in Mumbai is looking for Data Mesh Engineer (Data Domain Supply Chain Management) for their German Client

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain data models for the data domain Supply Chain Management using Microsoft Fabric
• Integrate and manage various data sources (e.g. Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Gen2)
• Create and optimize ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load)
• Ensure data quality and consistency
• Perform data migrations and handle large datasets
• Collaborate with the Data Domain Supply Chain Management team to understand and implement requirements
• Support the creation of Power BI reports by providing the necessary data
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Mandatory Capabilities:

• Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Python
• Ability to write efficient code and improve existing code to optimize limited capacity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and process complex data structures
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing within the data domain
• Knowledge and practical experience in handling supply chain data, such as inventory, transport and planning data, are advantageous
• Critical thinking, creativity, open-mindedness, and a customer-centric attitude are essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,800,000.00 per year
