Role Overview
We’re looking for passionate and experienced Data Engineers to join our team and help us scale our data infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in designing robust pipelines, maintaining high-quality datasets, and powering data-driven decisions across the company.
Requirements
- 4+ years in tech, with at least 2 years in data engineering
- B.Tech/BE in CS or equivalent from a top-tier institution
- Experience at a B2C startup preferred
- Strong in data modeling, warehousing, and scalable pipelines
Tech Stack
- Proficient in Python, advanced SQL and ETL tools (Airflow/Mage) for workflow orchestration
- Skilled in handling high-throughput data streams with Apache Kafka, and experienced in working with diverse storage systems including ClickHouse for OLAP workloads
- BigQuery for serverless analytics, and MySQL/MongoDB for relational and NoSQL use cases
- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), with practical knowledge of distributed framework like Spark/Hadoop
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines
- Build scalable data lakes/warehouses
- Ensure data quality, availability, and security
- Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and ML teams
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure
- Contribute to data governance
