Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our dynamic data and analytics team.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in GCP data services , responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and
insightful data intensive solutions using GCP Cloud .
This role requires a deep understanding of data engineering, strong SQL skills, and
extensive experience with various GCP services like Bigquery , DataFlow , DataStream , Pub/Sub , Dataproc , Cloud Storage and
Key GCP Services for Data Pipeline Orchestration.
You will play a crucial role in building gco native cloud data platform.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Storage & Databases: Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Big Query, Cloud Spanner, Fire store, Bigtable.
Data & Analytics: Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow), Data Studio, Looker.
Operations & Monitoring: Google Cloud Operations Suite (Monitoring, Logging, Trace, Debugger, Error Reporting).

- 8-10 years of overall IT experience, with 4-5 years of hands-on experience designing and developing data apllications on GCP CLoud.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform services and architectures, including but not limited to:
Storage & Databases: Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Big Query, Cloud Spanner, Fire store, Bigtable.
Data & Analytics: Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow), Data Studio, Looker.
Operations & Monitoring: Google Cloud Operations Suite (Monitoring, Logging, Trace, Debugger, Error Reporting).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions .
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development methodology.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with other Hyperscaler is a plus, demonstrating a broad understanding of data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
