Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern frameworks and tools.
• Build data models and transform raw data into clean, usable formats for analytics and machine learning.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
• Ensure data quality through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring.
• Optimize data workflows for cost, performance, and reliability.
• Document data flows, definitions, and technical decisions clearly and consistently.
• Contribute to the evolution of data engineering best practices and internal tooling.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering, cloud platforms, and big data solutions.

Skills Required:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data engineering frameworks.
• Data Engineering: ETL pipelines, data modeling, data transformation
• Programming: Python, SQL
• Data Platforms/Tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Airflow (preferred)
• Soft Skills: Collaboration, problem-solving, documentation, and analytical thinking

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
