Key Responsibilities
- Assist developers in implementing enterprise data governance and management tools (Data Catalog, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master Data Management).
- Conduct testing and validation of data governance tools/processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor deployment practices and enforce governance guardrails.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements meet acceptance criteria related to data governance frameworks, data dictionary, metadata, and access controls.
- Ensure remediation plans are implemented for data failing governance standards.
- Support business owners and data stewards in resolving enterprise data issues using industry standards.
- Communicate changes, issues, and business impacts clearly within the team.
- (Good to have) Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in data governance, data quality, data migration, or data preparation.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Informatica CDGC, Axon EDC, IDQ.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS Data Lake, S3, Glue, Snowflake).
- Knowledge of BI tools like ThoughtSpot, PowerBI.
- Experience in Real Estate industry (preferred).
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new technical skills.
