Job Overview:

The Data Population Engineer is responsible for uploading, managing, and maintaining product and customer data in SaaS-based applications, including client-specific platforms and internal systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data entry, database management, and automation, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This role may also involve assisting in data transformation, integration, and optimizing data workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

· Create and manage data entries within SaaS platforms.

· Ensure accurate population of product, customer, and transaction data.

· Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.

· Collaborate with design and development teams to integrate structured data efficiently.

· Assist in writing and managing product descriptions and metadata.

· Source and upload data files, images, and related documents.

· Monitor and update inventory, pricing, and customer data fields (if required).

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular audits.

· Support troubleshooting and resolution of data-related issues.

· Maintain and update internal documentation related to data management.

Qualifications:

· 2-5 years of experience in data entry, database management, or data processing.

· Experience working with SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or IT applications.

· Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.

· Familiarity with SQL, APIs, JSON, or ETL tools is a plus.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and troubleshoot data-related issues.

· Excellent professional English skills (written and verbal).

· Quick learner, self-starter, and adaptable to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or CRM tools.

· Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) for image handling.

· Exposure to digital marketing, SEO, or content optimization is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
