Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist with a strong foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning . This role is ideal for early-career professionals (2–4 years of experience) who are eager to apply data-driven approaches to real-world business problems

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development, and testing of ML models
  

• Work on data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to prepare high-quality datasets for modeling.
  

• Implement and experiment with machine learning and deep learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).).
  

• Support the integration of ML/AI models into production pipelines in collaboration with data engineering teams.
  

• Conduct literature reviews and stay updated with emerging ML research to bring new ideas into projects.
  

• Document methodologies, results, and maintain reproducibility of experiments.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
  

• 2–4 years of experience in data science or applied ML projects (academic or professional).
  

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
  

• Basic understanding of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch..
  

• Familiarity with SQL and basic data handling/ETL workflows.
  

• Basic knowledge of GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, etc.).
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to LLMs and prompt engineering.
  

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI workflows.
  

• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, PowerBI, or Tableau).
  

• Basic understanding of MLOps practices – version control (Git), experiment tracking, or CI/CD.
  

• Awareness of Responsible AI concepts like fairness and explainability.
