Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models to enhance our recruitment platform.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
