Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist to develop and enhance core AI/ML products for business use cases. The role involves building machine learning and deep learning models, running experiments, and delivering scalable AI solutions integrated into SaaS platforms. You will collaborate with senior data scientists, business analysts, and product teams to create efficient self-learning systems that are business-driven and technically robust.

Responsibilities

• Study and transform data science prototypes into production-ready models
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation techniques
• Develop and deploy ML and deep learning models for sales forecasting, inventory optimization, and distributor analytics
• Build computer vision and image AI models including object detection, OCR, and product recognition
• Work on predictive analytics for distributor and retailer insights
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into SaaS solutions
• Conduct ML experiments, testing, and model optimization
  
  

• Strong Python skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV)
• Experience with image AI and computer vision models
• Hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and time-series forecasting
• Exposure to cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in team-based Agile environments
• Nice to have: Experience in FMCG, retail, or supply chain analytics
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment
