Responsibilities:
. 3-5 years total experience, with 2+ years in NLP/LLMs/Machine Learning.
. Strong Python coding skills (must be hands-on).
. Good understanding of Correlation Modeling: Coefficients. Ability to identify non-linear and monotonic relationships.
. Understands Time-Series Feature Engineering:
. Proven experience with Lang Chain, LlamaIndex, and other agentic frameworks.
. Practical experience with both proprietary (OpenAI) and open-source LLMs.
. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building, not theory
. Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and agents for automation and workflow optimization.
. Develop reusable components aligned with our tech stack primarily Azure.
. Work hands-on with Python, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
. Leverage OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.).
. Prepare and process structured/unstructured datasets for fine-tuning or training models.
. Enable scalable solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and manage the lifecycle coordinating with MLOps best practices.
. Perform statistical analysis and correlational modelling on datasets.
. Stay up to date with the latest GenAI/LLM advancements and apply them to real-world problems.
