Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Scientist located in Mumbai. The Data Scientist will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to derive insights, developing statistical models, performing data visualization, and providing actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities include data collection, cleaning, and pre-processing, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

KRA:

• End-to-End execution from data collection, analysis, feature engineering, model development, implementation (including testing) and monitoring.
• Work with large datasets, distributed Big Data Platforms for a variety of advanced analytics solutions across the bank ranging from recommendation engines, customer segmentation, Graph models, pricing, propensity models, and more.
• Hands on experience in PySpark, Phyton, SQL, etc. along with team management.
• Understand the Product Journeys and help business to improve the customer experience.
• Having knowledge if building statistical learning models by using AI / ML Techniques will be added advantage.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Data Science, including experience with statistical models and machine learning techniques
• Proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, and the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Skills in Data Visualization to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
