Role Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven Data Scientist who excels at building reliable data pipelines and transforming raw data into actionable insights. If you're passionate about clean, efficient data and want to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product integrity, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines using SQL and Python
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to gather and refine data requirements
• Transform and clean data from various sources into structured, analysis-ready datasets
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and performance bottlenecks
• Contribute to documentation and share best practices around pipeline design

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL for advanced querying and data transformation
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for scripting and automation
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Proven expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline development in production environments
• Solid understanding of data quality standards and best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Python: 4 years (Required)
• ETL: 4 years (Required)
• SQL: 4 years (Preferred)
