What You’ll Do

• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured data science problems.
  
• Explore, analyze, and validate telemetry data at scale (time-series, geospatial, streaming).
  
• Develop and test new logics and hypotheses through internal DS pipelines.
  
• Convert hypotheses into testable, validated solutions for product and engineering to scale.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions create real impact.
  
• Continuously raise the bar on problem-solving, clarity of thought, and ownership.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
  
• Exceptional problem-solving ability – simplify complexity and derive first principles solutions.
  
• Strong ownership mindset – not just delivering outputs but ensuring problems are truly solved.
  
• Proficient in Python & SQL, Excel, with ability to apply ML, Deep Learning, Data Visualisation techniques and time-series techniques where appropriate.
• Experience with Gen AI & distributed data systems** (Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, etc.)**.
• Experience working with large-scale, messy, real-world datasets.
  
• Ability to thrive in a high-speed, high-ambiguity startup environment.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; a good team fit without unnecessary baggage.
