We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong software development experience and hands-on expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business value in enterprise environments.

The candidate will work closely with engineering and consulting teams to build intelligent, scalable AI systems and integrate them into production-grade platforms.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge initiatives involving Applied AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models and pipelines for real-world business problems.
• Develop, test, and optimize Generative AI and agent-based systems.
• Build data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering workflows.
• Apply Generative AI techniques (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG) for automation and cognitive use cases.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI and agent outputs.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and traceability mechanisms for AI systems.
• Integrate vector-based search and retrieval mechanisms with application databases.
• Build and consume APIs for AI/ML services.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to operationalize AI solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and optimize accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Contribute to the architecture of data and AI solutions within cloud environments.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in applied AI, GenAI frameworks, and MLOps practices.
• Present technical insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in data science, applied AI, or ML engineering roles.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Proficiency in ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with embeddings and vector databases.
• Experience with RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience building APIs and integrating AI into applications.
• Familiarity with Azure AI stack (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, OpenAI on Azure, Data Factory, Synapse).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration.
• Exposure to prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of data visualisation or dashboarding tools.
• Strong consulting or client-facing experience.
