Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist Intern who is passionate about working with real-world business data and developing AI-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and problem-solving, with 1+ year of relevant experience or solid project exposure in the data science domain.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in developing predictive models, analyzing business data, and creating AI-driven insights. Outstanding performers will be offered a full-time position after the 5-month internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with real-world business and operational datasets to uncover insights and trends.
• Develop and test machine learning models to address specific client problems.
• Assist in preprocessing, cleaning, and structuring raw data for analysis.
• Collaborate with the AI team to design and deploy custom predictive models and automation tools.
• Present data-driven insights and visualizations to the business and technical teams.
• Support integration of developed models into client workflows or dashboards.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience (or equivalent project/internship exposure) in data analysis or machine learning.
• Good understanding of Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Enthusiasm to learn and work in a fast-paced AI environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of time-series data, anomaly detection, or predictive modeling.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
