About The Role

InterraIT is looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Python, machine learning, and data engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building data pipelines, developing machine learning models, and working with large datasets using modern cloud and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.

Build and maintain data processing pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Work with big data technologies such as Spark / PySpark for scalable data processing.

Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.

Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Deploy ML models using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Monitor model performance and manage the machine learning lifecycle using tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.

Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable data and ML workloads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–6 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / Data Engineering roles.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Experience with data processing tools including Pandas, NumPy, Spark / PySpark.

Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.

Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

Experience building and managing ETL pipelines and data workflows.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with ML lifecycle management tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with big data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
